  These people are incompetent. Let me give you my review via a list of failures, poor service or just plain financial stupidity: -We filed our taxes through them and the amount we owed was MORE than Turbo tax -I filed my taxes with a cell phone this year and it was easier, more user friendly and cost me only $54 to file; Bowling charges us $425 (about eight times more) to go sit in office with some accountant who sounded as though she hadn't studied tax laws in ten years -They failed to bill us for the filing and sent a bill six months later (pure incompetence) -We paid the bill and they charged us a LATE FEE (this is an accounting firm....and they could settle their accounts receivable....irony!!) -The accountant's advice for us was to remove the money we have invested in IRAs and put them into money market accounts.....what!??? Overall: -Service: Poor -Timeliness: Poor -Subject expertise: Poor -Charge: Less than poor
